Ela is a psychotherapist, counsellor, and pedagogue of resocialization and addiction prevention.

She specializes in therapeutic work with people affected by violence, people with addiction and their loved ones, DDA, solving problems in dysfunctional families, etc. While working in a prison, she supplemented her education and obtained a diploma in criminology.

Taking into account the massive problem of growing addictions and violence among Poles, she created the “Support” project as part of the Polish Psychologists’ Association. Through her doctoral studies, she gained scientific experience in the area of ​​family dysfunction. I am a certified Mediator and Negotiator; in family therapy, I often use mediation techniques, which are very helpful in resolving conflicts and disputes.

She is a member of the Polish Sexual Health Association and is one of the co-founders of the Polish Mediators’ Association in the UK. She conducts training for parents and anyone interested in the issues of family, violence and addictions.

He leads research in Poland and the UK on the support system for families in trouble.
