Ms. Renata Polit has over 18 years of experience gained while working in legal institutions in Poland and the UK, including practice at a Law Firm in London since 2014. Since 2016, she has been cooperating with the Polish Mediation Center in London.

Many years of experience in the ranks of the special department of the prosecutor’s office in Poland have resulted in forensic attention to detail in order to prove facts and establish the truth.

She is currently a member of CILEX – an institution associating certified lawyers in the UK. 

Education

Currently MA LAW Bloomsbury University Postgraduate Studies – in the field of criminal law, employment law, changes in the application of European Union law.

2019 – Recognition of the Master of Laws degree in England, Wales and Scotland by the National Recognition Information Centre in London.

2013 – Completed training in the field of ‘Practical aspects of the application of the Personal Data Protection Act’.

2010 – Completed training in the “International legal cooperation in criminal matters” field at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.

Mr. Attorney Łaba, provides a wide range of legal aid services in Poland, in particularly in the fields of civil, medical, economic, family and administrative law.

We offer ongoing service for business entities and handling cases of individuals at the pre-trial and court stage, including:

• representation in court disputes before courts in Poland, including the recovery and enforcement of debts, inheritance, divorce, alimony, child custody cases (including those conducted under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction), related to the division of property and medical damages and the protection of personal rights
• representation in mediation, administrative and court-administrative proceedings
• preparation of appeals and complaints against decisions taken by administrative bodies
• creation of all types of contracts and drafts of internal company acts
• assistance in commercial negotiations, including those related to real estate transactions, leases and evictions in the case of premises
• assistance in the field of labor law and social security, including the rules for practicing medical professions

Noreen Ahmed graduated from the University of Westminster with an LLB Law Hons degree in 2018. Noreen is also a member of the Institute of Paralegals (IoP) and has extensive experience and knowledge in Family Litigation including Divorce, Financial Settlement, Child Arrangement cases, Injunction orders and Public Law. In addition to her experience in Family Law, she also has developed an excellent understanding of Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Noreen has dealt with all cases including Civil Disputes, Employment Law, Contractual Law, Small Claim matters, Fast Track and Multi Track matters including cases being dealt with at High Court.
